I am a small business owner, coach and facilitator with a broad toolbox that allows me to meet people, teams and structures where they are, help them envision a flourishing future and support them at each step of the way.

For the past 14 years I have lived and worked in the Gifford Park Neighborhood in Omaha, NE and embody a deep care and commitment to my local community. I have a background in pastoral ministry, community and leadership development, non-profit and small business leadership, coaching, group facilitation and curriculum creation.

I am a self-diagnosed “personality” junkie. I am a foodie, I love to hike, and explore big ideas with my friends.

I am married to an incredibly compassionate, encouraging and principaled human named Lisa. Together we have three children—Norah, Brennen and Lachlan
